WARRANTY

For Australian Customers:

At MYSURFCO we will always adopt a fair and reasonable approach to deal with any warranty claim as your satisfaction is most important to us.

All products of MYSURFCO™ have limited warranty. The warranty information of any MYSURFCO™ product is written on back of the respective product packaging. For any warranty claim, the purchaser is required to attach the original receipt or invoice to the warranty card and retain them together as a proof of purchase.

Under the warranty claim, MYSURFCO™, in its absolute discretion, will either repair the faulty product or exchange it with a same product with similar condition. The customer is responsible for paying all charges incurred for arranging and paying for the shipment of any products(s) back to MYSURFCO PTY LTD.

For any product returned to MYSURFCO under warranty claim, will belong to MYSURFCO and becomes property of the company. For such product, MYSURFCO has the right to sell, rent, lease, or destroy the product at its own will.

For All International Customers:

Unless otherwise stated in other policy, legal documents or terms and conditions governed by MYSURFCO PTY LTD, the standard warranty for any products is also applicable to MYSURFCO™ products shipped to any country outside Australia. In addition, the customer is responsible for paying all charges incurred in ordering, shipping, and for arranging and paying for the shipment of any products(s) back to MYSURFCO PTY LTD. International customers are also responsible for all custom duties including export/import charges, GST, and related government taxes and charges.
